About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient responses and administer psychiatric rating scales
- Address patient discomfort and provide empathetic care
- Maintain accurate Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures
- Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification
- Significant relevant healthcare work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable personal transportation for regional travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field
- One year of healthcare work or internship experience
- Experience with AdvancedMD or Salesforce
