Behavioral Health Support

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and engage with individuals regarding their life goals and barriers to recovery
• Drive to and meet with individuals in their homes and various community locations
• Collaborate with individuals and the team to develop, implement, and review person-centered treatment plans
• Help individuals develop strategies for success in living, learning, working, and socializing
• Maintain accurate and current case documentation within an electronic health record
• Support individuals in identifying and utilizing community resources and supports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field
• OR Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certification
• OR CPRP (Certified Psych Rehab Practitioner) certification
• Valid US driver's license held for at least two years
• Access to a reliable vehicle with valid registration and inspection
• Valid auto insurance and ability to provide proof of coverage
• Ability to meet physical demands including walking, climbing stairs, and assisting individuals in the community

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work or internship experience related to mental health services
