About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and engage with individuals regarding their life goals and barriers to recovery
  • Drive to and meet with individuals in their homes and various community locations
  • Collaborate with clients and the Starting Point team to develop and implement person-centered treatment plans
  • Support individuals in achieving goals related to living, learning, working, and socializing
  • Maintain accurate and current case documentation within an electronic health record
  • Assist individuals in finding and utilizing community resources and supports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human services, or a related field
  • OR Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certification
  • OR Certified Psych Rehab Practitioner (CPRP) certification
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with valid registration, inspection, and insurance
  • Ability to transport clients in your vehicle as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work or internship experience related to mental health services
