Behavioral Health Care Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the mental and physical health care of patients on an assigned caseload
• Collaborate with medical providers and psychiatric consultants within a collaborative care team
• Work alongside the larger primary care or medical team to manage patient needs

Requirements

• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) with a master's or doctoral degree and 2 years of supervised clinical experience
• OR Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a master's or doctoral degree and 2 years of supervised experience or 3000 hours of post-master's supervised clinical experience
• OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a master's or doctoral degree and 2 years of supervised experience or 3000 hours of post-master's supervised clinical experience
• Valid licensure or certification by Washington State

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Collaborative Care Model
• Certification in EMDR through the EMDR International Association
