Behavior Therapist

Responsibilities

• Implement educational and behavioral programs for children with social, behavioral, and academic needs
• Work under the guidance of Special Education Teachers and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary service providers, including School Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Occupational/Physical Therapists
• Provide direct support to students within an Approved Private Special Education Program (ALL Academy)

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Experience providing direct support to children with disabilities
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work a set schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience working with children with disabilities
