Behavior Technician

About the Company

SenseSational Learning Group is a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. We focus on meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities without the use of table drills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings such as parks, libraries, and schools
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• 40-hour RBT training completed or willingness to complete before start date
• Previous experience working with children
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active with kids

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with neurodivergent children (autism, ADHD)
• Knowledge of behavior management strategies
• Bilingual skills
