Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic, home, and community settings
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect behavior data accurately and collaborate with the team to track client progress

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort working with children and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area
