About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community
  • Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement
  • Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with your team to support each child's progress

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in human services preferred)
  • Comfort working with children
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire
