Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home setting
• Collect and record data on child behaviors
• Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
• Attend team meetings

Requirements

• Minimum high-school degree or equivalent
• Experience working with children
• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Active CPR certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to maintain various postures including kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• RBT certification
