Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized instruction based on each student's IEP goals
- Support students with autism and other learning differences in home and community settings
- Implement evidence-based strategies to promote academic, behavioral, and life skill growth
- Collect and report data to monitor student progress and guide instructional decisions
- Partner with families, teachers, and clinicians to ensure consistency and support across environments
Requirements
- Associate's degree or minimum of 48 semester credit hours from an accredited institution
- At least three months of professional or internship experience supporting individuals with behavioral or learning differences
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance coverage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to remain patient, adaptable, and professional
