MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including OT, Speech and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase communication, self-help, social and play skills
• Relay progress information to BCBAs to assist with assessments
• Accurately record progress in the Central Reach data collection system
• Manage session notes and clocking procedures in alignment with ABA and Insurance regulations
• Assist kiddos with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work with computers
• Consistent availability Monday through Friday
• Must obtain RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of employment
