About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings
- Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase client skills
- Record behavior analysis and progress data using Central Reach
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- RBT or CBT certification
- Background in childcare, teaching, or counseling
- Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
