MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through play-filled, research-based care.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase communication and social skills
• Record behavior analysis and progress accurately in the Central Reach data collection system
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• RBT certification
• Background in child care, teaching, or counseling
• Bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development
