Responsibilities

• Act as a play partner using toys or games to help children learn to communicate and socialize
• Help children master daily routines to build independence
• Track progress and milestones to ensure effective care
• Work one-on-one with children in their homes

Requirements

• Completed 40-hour RBT training course
• High school diploma
• At least one year of experience working with children, preferably those with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to be physically active (sitting, kneeling, and playing on the floor)
• Willingness to sit for the RBT Exam
