Responsibilities

• Use a child’s favorite toys or games to help them learn to communicate and socialize
• Help children master daily routines to build independence
• Track progress and milestones to ensure effective care
• Work one-on-one with children in home or clinic settings

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least one year of experience working with children, preferably those with special needs
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to be physically active (sitting, kneeling, and playing on the floor)
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of 40-hour RBT training course
• Readiness to sit for the RBT Exam
