Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity
- Collect and accurately record data to track client progress
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Current RBT certification through the BACB
- Prior experience in ABA therapy or special education
- Bilingual abilities
