Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including client homes, schools, or communities
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision
• Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members in supervision meetings and training sessions
• Offer compassionate support to clients and families to build rapport
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data accurately
• Physical ability to work with young children (sitting, standing, lifting, and movement)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Current RBT certification through the BACB
• Prior experience in ABA therapy or special education
• Bilingual abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in a long-term career in behavioral health
