About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy in various settings, including the client’s home, school, or community
- Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under BCBA supervision
- Collect and accurately record data to track client progress and behavior changes
- Collaborate with BCBAs and team members through regular supervision meetings and training sessions
- Offer compassionate support to clients and families to build rapport
- Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and collect data
- Physical ability to work with young children (sitting, standing, lifting, and movement)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Current RBT certification through the BACB
- Prior experience in ABA therapy or special education
- Bilingual abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
