About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to preschool-aged children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA
- Accurately collect and record client data during therapy sessions
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain open communication with families, BCBAs, and office staff
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability every day
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience working with children is preferred, especially with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- RBT Certification
