About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in home or center-based settings
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data, track client progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
- Weekday afternoon and evening availability
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification (assistance provided to get certified)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving
Benefits
- $21/hour during training; $25–$28/hour after training based on experience and/or RBT status
- Paid training and support to earn Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
