About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in home or center-based settings
  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect data, track client progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Weekday afternoon and evening availability
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • CPR/First Aid certification (assistance provided to get certified)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving

Benefits

  • $21/hour during training; $25–$28/hour after training based on experience and/or RBT status
