Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing ABA services and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with the BCBA to ensure treatment integrity and effectiveness
• Observe and track client progress through data collection and treatment goals
• Provide support in areas such as self-help skills, socialization, adaptive skills, and behavioral management
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule while attending required meetings and trainings

Requirements

• Familiarity with ABA principles and ethical guidelines
• 3 months experience in providing ABA services or related services
• 40-hour RBT coursework certificate
• State of AZ Article 9 Training
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• Ability to obtain RBT Certificate within 30 days of hire
• Ability to obtain State of AZ Prevention and Support Training within 30 days of hire
• Completion of Clinical Handbook and Policy Orientation
• Completion of AzAHP Initial and Annual Core Training Plan
