About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision to teach new skills in communication and socialization
- Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework
- Collect accurate session data and communicate progress with clinical supervisors
- Build positive relationships with children and families, providing caregivers with daily updates
- Maintain a safe, organized and engaging therapy environment
Requirements
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Passionate about working with children with Autism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physically active tasks including sitting on the floor, crawling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or related field
- Experience working with children
