About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs in home or center-based settings
- Follow individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect session data, track client progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Bilingual Spanish speaking required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Weekday afternoon availability (Monday–Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain before starting
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in teaching, childcare, coaching, tutoring, or caregiving roles
