About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized behavior support plans and staff intervention plans
  • Implement and monitor effective behavioral data tracking systems
  • Provide training to staff on behavior treatment plans and behavioral health topics
  • Complete assessments and psychological evaluations
  • Engage individuals in individual and group treatment
  • Coordinate psychological care with families, medical providers, and stakeholders
  • Provide crisis intervention and instruct staff in appropriate techniques
  • Maintain accurate service records for regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a clinical or treatment field of psychology
  • Documented training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development
  • At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Experience creating, implementing, and monitoring behavioral support plans
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in highly collaborative settings
