About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized behavior support plans and staff intervention plans
- Implement and monitor effective behavioral data tracking systems
- Provide training to staff on behavior treatment plans and behavioral health topics
- Complete assessments and psychological evaluations
- Engage individuals in individual and group treatment
- Coordinate psychological care with families, medical providers, and stakeholders
- Provide crisis intervention and instruct staff in appropriate techniques
- Maintain accurate service records for regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a clinical or treatment field of psychology
- Documented training in assessment techniques and behavior support plan development
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience creating, implementing, and monitoring behavioral support plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in highly collaborative settings
