Requirements

• Experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Strong knowledge of Bedding and Manchester products
• Highly motivated and results-driven with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
• Proven ability to make quick decisions and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
