Bed Management Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of bed occupancy, considering elective admissions, transfers, emergency admissions, and discharges
• Assist in evaluating existing bed capacities and communicating with wards to maintain oversight
• Support the monitoring, optimization, and further development of internal hospital occupancy structures

Requirements

• Completed training in nursing (e.g., healthcare and nursing, pediatric nursing, geriatric nursing) or medical assistant training
• Comparable qualification with experience in a clinical setting
• Strong organizational talent and cooperative mindset
• Enjoyment of organization and scheduling tasks
• Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Team player
