Beauty Operations & Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the performance of three active beauty branches to increase revenue and operational efficiency
• Launch and develop new business lines, including the Bridal Services Division and expanded Home Service operations
• Design and execute sales campaigns, special events, and customer acquisition strategies
• Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, corporations, and other key stakeholders
• Support product sales and e-commerce growth initiatives
• Participate in franchise expansion and the opening of new branches
• Lead, train, and develop operational teams while preparing business performance reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, Retail, or Service industries
• Proven experience managing multiple locations
• Strong background in Operations, Sales, and Business Development
• Demonstrated ability to launch and execute new business initiatives
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• UAE market experience is highly preferred
