Beauty Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training sessions and logistical arrangements including venue bookings, catering, and atelier setup
• Support product launches and on-floor training activities
• Assist with monthly regional reporting, presentations, and data collection
• Handle administrative coordination related to orders, personal allowances, gifting, and expenses
• Support English-to-Arabic translations and presentation creation
• Conduct market visits and gain exposure to retail teams and brand operations

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup, and fragrances
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Creative eye for visual content and presentations
• Ability to support events and operational execution
• Beginner-level Excel and reporting capabilities
• Energetic, proactive, and people-oriented personality
