Beauty Consultant/Hair Specialist/Promoter

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Rausch products, including benefits, ingredients, and usage
• Rotate weekly across at least 5 key stores including pharmacies and beauty shops
• Promote products through in-store demonstrations, sampling, and educational sessions
• Conduct hair and scalp analysis to promote products
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through active customer engagement
• Educate customers on addressing specific beauty and hair care concerns
• Gather and share customer feedback and market insights
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends

Requirements

• Previous experience in direct marketing or promotional roles
• Deep passion for beauty and personal care products
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred
