Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and use appropriate sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain counter cleanliness, replenishment, and handle new product launches and marketing displays.
• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and usage.
• Communicate with customers to assess needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations.
• Promote sales by utilizing makeup knowledge and achieving line and sales targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports and track store-level goals.
• Ensure store replenishment and report stock shortages using inventory request forms.
• Ensure stock is received according to established procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in the beauty sector.
