About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques to reach targets
- Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster strong loyalty
- Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, and services
- Advise customers on product ranges and demonstrate usage and benefits
- Generate sales and track sell-out targets at the store level
- Generate daily sales reports and participate in incentive programs
- Ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines
- Manage stock replenishment and report shortages using order forms
- Handle stock receipt according to set procedures
- Maintain high standards of counter cleanliness and personal grooming
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
