Beauty Consultant

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and use appropriate sales techniques to reach targets
• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster brand loyalty
• Address customer queries regarding products, prices, availability, and services
• Advise customers on product ranges and demonstrate usage and benefits
• Generate sales and track sell-out targets at the store level
• Generate daily sales reports and track post-launch sales
• Ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines
• Manage stock replenishment and report shortages using order forms
• Handle stock receipt according to set procedures
• Maintain high standards of counter cleanliness and personal grooming

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
• Proven experience across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories
• Fluent spoken English communication skills
