Responsibilities

• Ensure the best possible customer service for visitors at the APIVITA airport retail space
• Maintain excellent knowledge of partners, customers, products, services, and promotional activities
• Provide skincare advice, recommend products, and provide samples while explaining usage
• Place orders to restock shelves and maintain the airport retail area in excellent condition
• Handle point-of-sale cash register operations

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (airport experience preferred)
• Knowledge of cash register handling
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Customer-centric mindset
• Excellent English proficiency (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Good computer literacy
