Responsibilities

• Ensure the best possible service for customers visiting the APIVITA & URIAGE sales points
• Maintain excellent knowledge of products, services, and promotional activities
• Provide skincare advice, suggest products, and provide samples while explaining usage
• Maintain a customer base at the point of sale
• Monitor stock levels and handle product orders and receipts
• Maintain the excellent condition of shelves and the company's designated store area

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Degree in Aesthetics (TEI/IEK) is preferred
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Customer-centric mindset
• Excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
