Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge
• Work as one team to ensure a ‘customer first’ experience is delivered consistently
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge
• Follow all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
• Communicate clearly and concisely with the store team and external business partners
• Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment
• Maintain up to date product knowledge and share with the team
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Passion for beauty
• Ability to deliver a ‘customer first’ experience
• Understanding of store targets and KPIs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and use own initiative
• Flexibility to meet rapidly changing priorities
• Positive attitude and ability to follow direction
• Right to live and work in the UK
