Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide an optimal customer experience by utilizing professional selling behaviors and company sales directives
• Ensure all customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, are completed accurately via the POS system
• Maintain brand standards by ensuring the store appearance is clean, organized, and inviting
• Resolve customer service issues in a timely and skillful manner
• Support store operations through shipment processing, pricing merchandise, and managing back stock
• Assist with daily paperwork, reporting, and making bank deposits as needed
• Adhere to all safety, loss prevention, and inventory control procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to read and explain product labels to customers
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
