Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences by providing expert advice on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails
• Build customer relationships and inspire loyalty through personalized product recommendations
• Inform customers about current promotions, events, and the Loyalty program
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales
• Complete cash and monetary transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional store environment and manage inventory levels
• Adhere to company culture values, code of ethics, and safety standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Availability to meet the scheduling needs of the business
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to read and explain product labels

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
