Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for Jo Malone London customers
• Combine creative and technical expertise to educate and delight customers
• Work as part of a high-performing team to execute impactful in-store events
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the brand stands out against competitors

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• High level of creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience using retail point-of-sale software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in make-up artistry
• Previous experience in retail make-up sales
