Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience for customers
• Educate and delight customers through creative and technical make-up expertise
• Work as part of a high-performing team to execute impactful in-store events
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to ensure the store stands out against competitors

Requirements

• Demonstrate high levels of creative and technical make-up expertise
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
• Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
• Must have the right to live and work in Ireland

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in make-up artistry
• Previous experience in a retail make-up environment
