Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers to achieve sales and customer service objectives for Tom Ford Beauty
• Deliver an inspiring and unique in-store experience that delights customers
• Build collaborative working relationships with the dynamic retail team
• Maintain high company standards for service and store presentation
• Utilize exceptional interpersonal skills to drive brand loyalty and sales

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service (experience in cosmetics or fragrance is preferred)
• Ability to provide inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to contribute to a positive work environment
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
• Experience with POS software and Microsoft Office
