Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers to achieve sales and customer service objectives for KILIAN PARIS
• Deliver an inspiring and unique in-store experience that delights customers
• Build collaborative working relationships with the dynamic retail team
• Maintain high company standards for service and store presentation
• Act as an ambitious brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or point of sale (cosmetics or fragrance experience preferred)
• Ability to provide inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer care
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to foster a positive work environment
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
• Proficiency with POS software and Microsoft Office
