Responsibilities

• Own team pipeline quota and forecast accuracy, reporting metrics to the Head of Business Development
• Hire, onboard, and ramp new BDRs across multiple levels to productivity
• Run weekly 1:1s, team-wide meetings, and performance reviews
• Build and maintain scalable playbooks, sequences, and training programs
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on go-to-market strategy and messaging
• Champion AI adoption across the team, specifically setting standards for Claude usage
• Manage performance improvement processes for reps who are off-track

Requirements

• 4–6 years of management experience, preferably in Business Development & SaaS
• Proven track record of consistently beating BD quota
• Experience coaching and developing SDR/BDR reps across multiple levels
• Experience building and scaling playbooks, onboarding programs, and outbound sequences
• Hands-on HubSpot experience including configuration and reporting
• History of cross-functional collaboration with AE and Marketing teams
• Proficiency using AI tools like Claude in day-to-day workflows
