Responsibilities
- Own team pipeline quota and forecast accuracy, reporting metrics to the Head of Business Development
- Hire, onboard, and ramp new BDRs across multiple levels to productivity
- Run weekly 1:1s, team-wide meetings, and performance reviews
- Build and maintain scalable playbooks, sequences, and training programs
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership on go-to-market strategy and messaging
- Champion AI adoption across the team, specifically setting standards for Claude usage
- Manage performance improvement processes for reps who are off-track
Requirements
- 4–6 years of management experience, preferably in Business Development & SaaS
- Proven track record of consistently beating BD quota
- Experience coaching and developing SDR/BDR reps across multiple levels
- Experience building and scaling playbooks, onboarding programs, and outbound sequences
- Hands-on HubSpot experience including configuration and reporting
- History of cross-functional collaboration with AE and Marketing teams
- Proficiency using AI tools like Claude in day-to-day workflows
