BDC Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Generate service appointments by responding to internet and phone inquiries
• Deliver a premium customer experience through prompt and professional communication
• Enter all customer inquiry data accurately into the CRM system
• Utilize lead management tools to track customer interest and manage inquiry flow
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and service quality
• Compile necessary reports, forms, and documentation on a timely basis
• Perform cashier duties and other job-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume call center or a quota-driven role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug tests

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous BDC experience within an automotive dealership
