BD Officer, EMSI

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities and engage potential clients to discover needs and propose solutions.
• Drive sales to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and sign service contracts.
• Maintain sales and marketing materials, including project bidding presentations and service proposals.
• Manage external communications, including drafting proposals and conducting client visits.
• Utilize knowledge of building sustainability services such as LEED, energy audits, and M&V to provide expert solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate time budgets and reasonable quotations.
• Support project managers with payment tracking and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HVAC or a related building industry field.
• 3-5 years of experience within the green building industry.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills for regular communication with international clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical knowledge of LEED evaluation systems and building sustainability services.
