BD Manager, Institutional Payments

Responsibilities

• Source and close new institutional partnerships across the crypto, fintech, and payments sectors
• Manage the full business development cycle, including outreach, qualification, commercial negotiation, and onboarding handoff
• Represent Taptap Send at industry events to build a profile within target segments
• Collaborate with internal trading and operations teams to structure deals and translate client needs into product priorities
• Maintain a clean pipeline and report progress directly to senior leadership

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within payments, crypto, or FX
• An existing professional network across crypto exchanges, MTOs, or emerging market fintechs
• Proven ability to sell technical products to sophisticated buyers, including CFOs, treasury teams, and heads of payments
• Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to thrive in an early-stage commercial environment without extensive support structures
