BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians within the assigned clinic
• Maintain a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Review client treatment plans and monitor clinical documentation for effectiveness and consistency
• Oversee the productivity and performance of BCBAs within the clinic
• Collaborate with the Office Manager on scheduling and productivity
• Provide mentorship, modeling, and competency assessments for Fellows, LBS, and BCBAs
• Offer guidance and training to families on treatment progress and home programming
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records and session documentation

Requirements

• Active BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Active state license where applicable
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience
• Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, LBSs, or Fellows
