About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians within the assigned clinic
- Maintain a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Review client treatment plans and monitor clinical documentation for effectiveness and consistency
- Oversee the productivity and performance of BCBAs within the clinic
- Collaborate with the Office Manager on scheduling and productivity
- Provide mentorship, modeling, and competency assessments for Fellows, LBS, and BCBAs
- Offer guidance and training to families on treatment progress and home programming
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records and session documentation
Requirements
- Active BCBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Active state license where applicable
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of post-certification experience
- Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Lead BCBA experience supervising RBTs, BCBAs, LBSs, or Fellows
