BCBA - Clinic Director

Responsibilities

• Maintain a small caseload of approximately 15 billable hours per week
• Conduct assessments and guide individualized treatment plans
• Mentor and support RBTs to ensure clinical excellence
• Lead day-to-day clinic operations, including scheduling and problem-solving
• Build strong relationships with families and provide parent training
• Drive clinic growth from 3 to 20+ clients through community partnerships

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and managing clinical programs
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinic management experience
