About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee a small, manageable caseload during after-school hours (Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Partner with families and the clinical team to support meaningful outcomes
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism preferred
