Bay Attendant

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every Guest and guide them through food and beverage menus
• Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest experience and maximize sales
• Take orders and serve food and drink while ensuring guests are well cared for
• Assist Guests in understanding Luxe Golf Bay games and safety rules
• Observe rules of responsible alcohol service
• Keep the dining area and golf bays clean and organized
• Demonstrate food safety, sanitation, and organizational skills

Requirements

• Availability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 1+ years of related experience in high-volume or upscale dining preferred
• Advanced knowledge of standard drink recipes, food, beer, wine, and spirits
• Ability to obtain required local licenses and certifications
• Ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Ability to stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 lb
