Bay Area Regional Facilities Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service delivery across the Bay Area portfolio, including owned/leased campuses, labs, and office spaces
• Directly manage and develop a team of site-level Facilities Managers
• Drive day-to-day operations across multiple campuses, including 24/7 technical operations and mission-critical lab environments
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure seamless service delivery
• Partner with regional leadership to translate global strategies into local execution plans
• Collaborate with Project Management and Real Estate teams on new builds, expansions, and renovations
• Develop and manage Bay Area facilities OpEx and CapEx budgets, including forecasting
• Lead campus resiliency planning and emergency response to ensure business continuity

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate and/or facilities management
• 3+ years of experience in a people leadership role managing facilities professionals
• Experience managing a geographically dispersed, multi-campus portfolio
• Experience delivering IFM programs across complex or mission-critical environments
• Proven experience in vendor relationship management, contract negotiations, and governance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CFM or FMP
• Experience managing facilities operations at scale within a large technology campus environment
• Experience leading teams through large-scale workplace transformations or capital improvement projects
• Familiarity with integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) or CAFM platforms
